The story of the Fraser home, now on North Holliston in Altadena, began in Pasadena around the turn of the century when it was built on Colorado Blvd. and Oakland Ave. The Swans, of Swan cake flour fame, commissioned this early example of the Greene brothers\u2019 work, designed before they were in full Craftsman mode. It contains many Victorian elements, and had a third floor before being moved to Altadena in 1925 and remodeled by Henry Greene.
