What a lovely afternoon at the historic McNally house!\u00a0 Frank Mayor and Huan Gu were incredibly gracious and welcoming to almost 150 Altadena Heritage members. The turn-of-the-century Queen Anne-style home could not have been more perfect for evoking an old-fashioned winter holiday…the warm hardwood throughout, the lights strung along the terrace eaves, the fireplaces aglow and the gas-lit chandeliers casting mellow light. Frank and Huan invited guests to wander throughout their home including up to the third floor to view Altadena from inside the famous dome where views of Christmas Tree Lane are prominent.<\/p>\n

Altadena Heritage Chair\u00a0Val Zavala\u00a0gave members a review of a very busy year. Cellist Sarah O’Brien’s music filled the stunning Turkish room\u00a0where former owner and long-time resident, Pierre Dupuy, shared with guests what it was like to live in this landmark home. \u00a0<\/p>\n
